Context:

We write LinkedIn content for B2B (mainly tech) founders. The content is very niche (thought leadership style and goes in depth sometimes).

To do that, we always use the client’s context (asking questions), and the V1 of the content is written by an internal AI agent we’ve built.

The main task we’re hiring for is Writting the V2s of the content based on the specific guidelines we have for each client.

The freelance ghostwriters we work with manage to do 3 V2s/hour.

We’re willing to pay 30€/hour.

Current bandwidth can go up to 10h/week.

Context about the evolution of the role:

As of now, we’re starting with writing the V2s, but the role can also evolve in the ideation and planning of content calendars.
