2- Connecting Knock2 to Clay with a webhook

You can easily integrate Knock2 with Clay using webhooks. This allows you to automatically send leads identified by Knock2 into your Clay workbooks. Follow the steps below to get connected and start automating your workflows.

Step-by-Step: Connecting Knock2 to Clay

1. Create a Webhook in Clay

• Log into your Clay dashboard.
• Create a new Workbook.
• Click More Sources and choose Webhook.
• Clay will generate a unique Webhook URL. Copy this URL.

2. Add the Webhook to Knock2

• Go to your Knock2 dashboard.

• Navigate to:

  Settings > Webhooks

• Choose the appropriate webhook type:

  • Contact Webhook – Sends data when Knock2 finds an exact contact-level match.
  • Company Feed Webhook – Sends company-level info when Knock2 identifies a company (Account).
  • Prospect Webhook – Triggers when Knock2 finds a company and then prospects a contact (not an exact website visitor)

Example: If you only want to send company matches to Clay, use the Company Webhook.

• Paste the Clay Webhook URL into the selected webhook field.
• Click Test to send a test payload.
